Communal Collaboration: Writing and Revising on Themes - FRIDAY

In this rigorous yet playful online experience, you will receive a new prompt each month to write in a specific genre (fiction, poetry, personal essay, playwriting) on a specific theme. Each prompt will have requirements in terms of length and form. Each session, we will give and receive facilitated feedback on the work and craft our revisions, bringing each month’s pieces to gem-like completion. Throughout, we’ll be exercising and strengthening specific writing and editing muscles. At the end, you will have four finished pieces. We might even have a collection worth sharing in audio or print form (no promises or guarantees).

This class does not meet on Nov. 11 due to NJEA.
