These poems aren’t going to write themselves, you know…

Do you love poetry, and thrive on the joy, humanity and humor found in reading and writing it? In this workshop, we will celebrate the stories and experiences shaping our lives to create unique works of art that capture the past, explore the present, and imagine the future. We’ll read great poems by poets both contemporary and long-loved, and experiment with different styles and techniques to help you develop your own poetic voice.

In a world full of confounding mysteries and unanswerable questions, poetry is a place to find comfort, exhilaration, and fascinating challenges. And there’s every reason for us to have plenty of fun, too.

This class does not meet on Nov. 13 due to NJEA weekend.
