If stress has been blocking out your creativity, this class is for you. We'll begin with a simple, all-levels yoga sequence to help stretch your muscles and settle your mind. Then we'll pull out our notebooks and enjoy some quiet, focused time to write. A writing prompt will be provided, but participants are welcome to work on whatever they wish.
Bio:
Laura Romain is a writer, editor, and yoga teacher (RYT-200). Her writing has appeared in Rust + Moth, Stirring: A Literary Collection, Shape.com, Penny, and Day One, among other places. She holds an MFA in Writing from Vermont College of Fine Arts and a BA in English from Dartmouth College.
